Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of services
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Prepare reports, presentations, and account status updates
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects
Experience in handling B2B or B2C accounts
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
